This location offers a calm, comfortable setting for counseling, psychiatric care, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment.

Before Your Visit
Intake paperwork is typically completed electronically before your appointment so your provider has the information needed to begin care.
Arrival & Check-In
Our waiting areas are quiet, clean, and designed with privacy in mind. Upon arrival, clients can use the self-check-in kiosk to notify their provider that they have arrived.
Your Appointment
Your provider will greet you when it is time for your appointment. Sessions are centered around your goals, concerns, and treatment needs.

Telehealth Services Available Throughout Ohio
In addition to in-person appointments, Toledo Counseling & Mental Health offers secure telehealth services for counseling and psychiatric care throughout Ohio. Telehealth allows clients to receive professional mental health care from the comfort and privacy of home while maintaining personalized support and clinical care.
Telehealth may be a helpful option for clients who live farther away, have transportation barriers, prefer virtual appointments, or need a more flexible way to access care. Availability depends on provider fit, clinical appropriateness, service type, and the client’s location within Ohio.
